For beef lovers
Beef is becoming more and more popular among Polish consumers, which is why it could not be missing from the CK Browar menu. Customers visiting our restaurant in Krakow can now taste the delicious ligawa roast beef, stewed for a long time under horseradish sauce. The dish is served with delicious Silesian dumplings and beetroot salad. Beef lovers can also try sirloin steak with garlic butter at CK Browar, available in blood, half-blood and deep-fried.
Tender veal is a great option for people who prefer a tender version of beef. Our menu includes delicious veal fillets, stewed in white wine, served with mountain cheese and cranberries. Also, poultry lovers will be pleased with our new, refreshed card. We present grilled chicken breast in two interesting versions. The meat is available with a cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, or with mountain cheese and slices of fresh tomato.
